Alexina (Doucette) Chevarie, of Rogersville, passed away on Tuesday, June 19, 2018, at the Miramichi Regional Hospital, at the age of 92.

She was the daughter of the late Dominique and Elvina (Chevarie) Doucette. She was a homemaker and a member of Saint-Francois-de-Sales Roman Catholic Church, Rogersville.

She will be greatly missed by her thee daughters Sylvina (Ronald Doucette) of Moon Bean, ON, Lilliane (Raymond Pitre) of Rogersville, and Yvonne (Marcel Henry) of Rogersville; six sisters Emerise Arseneau of St Louis, Rosaline Lanteigne of St Louis, Dorina Theriault of St Leonard, Evelyne St Onge of Marieville, QC, Lillian (Rod Murphy) of Nackawik, and Soeur Doris Doucette of Montreal, QC; three brothers Sylvio (Claudette) of Marieville, QC, Aquila (Adrienne) of Longeuil, QC, and Allison Doucette of St Quentin; six grandchildren; four great grandchildren; one great great grandson; and several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Leonard, and her son Alcime.

The family will receive relatives and friends from Eglise Saint-Francois-de-Sales, Rogersville, on Sunday, June 24, 2018, from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, June 25, 2018, at 11 am, from Eglise Saint-Francois-de-Sales.
