Allan Walls, of Blackville, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 30, 2021, at the Miramichi Regional Hospital, at the age of 91.
Born in Blackville, he was the son of the late Harold and Louise (MacDonald) Walls. He was a truck driver then a custodian in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario. He was a member of the United Church in Blackville.
He will be greatly missed by his friend Doris Harniman of Blackville; three brothers Keith (Bernadette) of Blackville, Reg of Blackville, and Gordon (Linda) of Maine; three sisters Sharon (Gerald) Gillespie of Blackville, Jean Heatherington (Don) and Helen (Harold) Astle of Quarryville; and several nieces and nephews who will miss him greatly.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his wife Ruth Walls; brothers Frederick Walls and Robert Walls (Bernice); and his sister Thelma Walls.
At Allan's request, there will be no visitation or funeral service. A private burial will take place in St Andrew's United Cemetery, Blackville, at a later date.
