Alyuna Francis (Price) Hunter, of Riverview, passed away surrounded by her family on Saturday, August 7, 2021, at the Moncton City Hospital, at the age of 72.
Born in Price Settlement, she was the daughter of the late Robert Kerr and Gwendolyn Annie (Palmer) Price. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church and worked as a bank teller at the Bank of Montreal, in Riverview.
She will be greatly missed by her husband David Hunter of Riverview; sister Rayalene Brown (Arthur) of Lower Newcastle; two brothers Palmer Price (Anne) of Tabusintac and Archie Price (Elizabeth) of Ferry Road; and 12 nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her infant son Jeffery; her sister Mabel White-Patterson; and her brother Dougald Price.
The family will receive relatives and friends at St John's Presbyterian Church in Tabusintac, on Wednesday, August 11, 2021, from 7 to 9 pm. A graveside service will take place on Thursday, August 12, 2021, at 11 am , from Stymiest Cemetery in Tabusintac. A reception will follow at Price Auto Body Shop.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Tabusintac Nursing Home, St John's Presbyterian Church, or to Stymiest Cemetery.
