Amelia "Amy" Marie Mallet, of Bellefond, passed away on Wednesday, June 17, 2020, at the age of 83.

Born in Shippagan, NB, she was the daughter of the late Dominique and Lena (Chiasson) Mallet. She worked as a salesclerk at Eaton's, in Toronto, before her retirement and was a member of St Mary's Roman Catholic Church.

She will be greatly missed by her two sisters Gertrude Belanger (Michael) of Montreal and Ann Rollins (Terry) of Saint John; one brother Cleo Mallet (Linda) of Saint John; two nephews Guy Savoie and her Godson Joseph Savoie (Beth); and two nieces Barbara Dempsey (Terry) and Debbie Hayes (Billy).

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her brother Emile Mallet.

A private family funeral service will take place at Northumberland Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
