Andrea Rose (Gaudet) Pickard, of Miramichi, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Wednesday, March 1, 2023, at Mount Saint Joseph, at the age of 70.

Born in Fredericton Junction, she was the daughter of the late James and Edith (MacDonald) Gaudet. She worked as a medical secretary and most recently worked as a payroll administrator prior to her retirement in 2015.
Andrea volunteered in various groups and always loved to bake for her family. She also loved to go snowmobiling and camping with David and the family.

She will be greatly missed by her husband David Pickard; daughter Natalie Pickard-McCarthy (Chris) of Miramichi; son Greg Pickard (Lauren) of Miramichi; sister Leah Arseneau (Jean-Paul) of Lower Queensbury; two brothers Wiley Gaudet (Dorothy) of St George and Hardy Gaudet (Late Juanita) of Jewetts Mills; three step grandchildren Michael, Matthew, and Megan; and several nieces and nephews.

The family received relatives and friends from Northumberland Funeral Home, on Sunday, March 5, 2023, from 2 to 4 pm and 6 to 8 pm. Interment will take place at Pine Grove Cemetery at a later date.
