Anna Geraldine Vickers, of Howard, passed away on Thursday, April 1, 2010, at the Miramichi Regional Hospital, at the age of 85.
Born in Howard, she was the daughter of the late John Daniel and Alice (Hogan) Vickers. She was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Roman Catholic Church.

Anna is survived by her sister Christina Vickers, of Howard, and her brother Howard, of Mount St Joseph Nursing Home.

The family will receive relatives and friends at the Father AA McKinnon Memorial Room, in Blackville, on Sunday, April 4, 2010, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, April 5, 2010, from St Raphael’s Roman Catholic Church, in Blackville, at 2 pm, with Father Jacques Landry officiating. Interment will take place in the spring at a later date.

As expression of sympathy, donations to a memorial of one’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
