Anne Marie (Malley) McCafferty, of Miramichi, passed away on Wednesday, June 27, 2018, at the age of 78.

Born in Chatham Head, she was the daughter o the late Wilfred and Elizabeth (Savoie) Malley. She was a homemaker, a member of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Roman Catholic Church, and a member of the C.W.L.

She will be greatly missed by her daughters Elizabeth McCafferty (Danny Boyle), and Barbara McCafferty both of Miramichi; two sons John Arthur of Riverview, and Boyd (Bernadette Murphy) of Oromocto; two sisters Raymonde Savoie of Neguac, and Joyce McGraw (Ovide) of St Wilfred; two brothers David Malley (Corinne) and Harold Malley (Diane) both of Miramichi; six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Arthur McCafferty; sisters Ethel and Elaine; and brother Weldon.

The family will receive relatives and friends from Northumberland Funeral Home, on Thursday, June 28, 2018, from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, June 29, 2018, at 2 pm, from Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Roman Catholic Church, with Father Paul LeBlanc officiating.
