Betty (Parks) Mutch, of Lyttleton, passed away on Thursday, November 14, 2013, at the Miramichi Regional Hospital, at the age of 80.
Born in Miramichi, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Minnie (Howe) Parks. She worked as a baker before her retirement and was a member of Lyttleton Pentecostal Church.
She will be sadly missed by her daughter Debbie Hamilton of Halcomb; her son Hayward (Brenda) of Lyttleton; nine sisters Treeva Matchett of Ontario, Iva Hamilton of Lyttleton, Anita Gillis (Roy) of Napan, Mary Mahar (Tom) of Ontario, Hazel MacDonald of Ontario, Evelyn Baisley of Wayerton, Myrtle Dickson (Erwin) of Napan, Judy Murdock (Percy) of Chatham Head, and Carolyn Parks of Chatham; one brother Don parks (Irene) of Miramichi; six grandchildren Brandi MacIntosh, Cory Mutch, Amber Mutch, Ashley Hamilton, Aaron Hamilton, and Alicia Hamilton; seven great grandchildren Sydnie MacIntosh, Spencer MacIntosh, Skylar Young, Drake Young, Carter Young, Ava Bryenton, and Raya Hamilton; and several nieces and nephews,
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Murray Mutch, and her three brothers Blair, Robert, and Harold.
The family will receive relatives and friends from Lyttleton Pentecostal Church, on Monday, November 18, 2013, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 19, 2013, at 2 pm, from Lyttleton Pentecostal Church, with Pastor Vaden Sutherland officiating.
