Mr. Boyd Mullin, husband of Joyce (Dick) Mullin, of Sunny Corner, passed away on Wednesday, February 10, 2010, at the Miramichi Regional Hospital, at the age of 77.

He was the son of the late Pearly and Gladys (Allison) Mullin and was a truck driver for Northumberland Co-op before his retirement. He was a member of Boom Road Pentecostal Church.

Besides his wife, he is survived by two daughters Wendy Mutch (Carmen (Pat) ) of Sunny Corner, and Lynn Jardine (Ford) of Lower Derby; four sisters Ruby Stewart of Mount St Joseph Nursing Home, Carrie Smith of Moncton, Villa Atkinson (Robert) of Moncton, and Dorothy Walsh of Miramichi; one granddaughter Whitney Jardine; and several nieces and nephews.

Boyd was predeceased by his parents, as well as two sisters Inez Murphy and Naida Harris, and three brother-in-laws William Stewart, Allan Smith, and Johnny Walsh.

The family will receive relatives and friends at Boom Road Pentecostal Church, on Thursday, February 11, 2010 from 7-9pm and on Friday, February 12, 2010 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 13, 2010, at 2 pm, with Pastor Fred Williams officiating. Interment will take place in the spring in the Presbyterian Church Cemetery.

As expression of sympathy, donations may be made to Boom Road Pentecostal Church Cemetery Fund, or to a memorial of one's choice.
