Mr. Carl Galley, husband of Jean Galley, of Miramichi, passed away on Tuesday, January 5, 2010, at his residence, at the age of 56.

Carl worked as a labourer and attended St Samuel's Roman Catholic Church.

He is survived by his wife Jean (Neally) of Douglastown; two sons Roger (Tracey), and Jonathan (Vanessa) both of Douglastown; one sister Cathy of Miramichi; four brothers Roger Dale (Antoinette) of Kingston, Ont., Frederick (Ellen) of Lower Newcastle, Thomas (Sue) of Newcastle, and Donnie (Sherry) of Newcastle; one grandson Nathan; and several nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by one brother Paul.

The family will receive relatives and friends at Northumberland Funeral Home, on Friday, January 8, 2010, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, January 9, 2010, at 11 am, from St Samuel's Roman Catholic Church, with Father Maurice Swift officiating.
