Carol Ann (Colepaugh) Bork, of Nairn Centre,Ontario, passed away suddenly at home on Saturday, December 7, 2013, at the age of 63.

Dear daughter of the late Alvin and Colleen (O'Donnell) Colepaugh and granddaughter of the late Herman and Alice Colepaugh, and the late Clancy and Hilda O'Donnell.

She will be sadly missed by her husband Ray Bork; two sons Eugene (partner Urma) and Randy both of Toronto; stepson Craig of Vancouver; stepdaughter Mona of Vancouver; two foster sons Jason and Gary both of Guelph; four grandchildren; and six sisters Josephine, Geraldine, Marie, Theresa, Robin, and Kelly.

She was also a much loved niece to Dorval Giberson, Lily Matchett, and Lewis O'Donnell and will be sadly missed by many friends, relatives, nieces, nephews, and especially her dog Nitro.

By request of the family, there will be no visitation or funeral service. Interment will take place at a later date.

As expression of sympathy, donations made to a charity of one's choice would be appreciated.
