Claudia Mae Stewart

Claudia Mae Stewart, of Miramichi, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, January 12, 2025, at the age of 50.

Born in Miramichi, she was the daughter of Claude Stewart and the late Lue Eugenie Mea (Johnston) Stewart. She worked as an Office Administrator, for Eddy Group Ltd.

She will be greatly missed by her father Claude Stewart (Kelly Johnston); her brothers Colin Stewart (Tracy) of Grand Prairie, AB, and Shane Cameron (Shannon) of Inverness, Cape Breton; many nieces and nephews; and a special great niece Kira (Missy) Fischer.

Besides her mother, she was predeceased by her son Brody Nowlan; paternal grandparents Delbert and Iris Stewart; and maternal grandparents Melvin and Irene Johnston. 

At the family's request, there will be no visitation. A private burial will be held at a later date at River Church Cemetery, in Sillikers (Little Southwest Baptist Church Cemetery).

As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the NB Lung Association, or to a memorial of one's choice.
