Daphne Lee (Forsythe) McLenaghan

Daphne Lee (Forsythe) McLenaghan, of Boom Road, passed away at Miramichi Regional Hospital, on Friday, April 25, 2025, at the age of 66.

Born in Miramichi, she was the daughter of the late Bervel and Janie (Matchett) Forsythe. She worked at Atlantic Superstore for 46 years, and was a member St Stephen's Presbyterian Church, in Sunny Corner.

She will be greatly missed by her husband Leonard McLenaghan of Boom Road; aunt Carmel Forsythe; niece Jace McLenaghan; and cousins Peter Lawlor, Raylena Estey and Georgia Estey.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her brother Robie, and nephew Gregory McLenaghan.

Visitation will take place at Northumberland Funeral Home, on Monday, April 28, 2025, from 6 to 9 pm. The funeral service will be held at St Stephen's Presbyterian Church, on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at 11 am, with Rev. Tom Ettinger officiating.

As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or to St Stephen's Cemetery Fund.
