  • Delbert Fred Underhill, formerly of Blackville, passed away on Saturday, November 13, 2021, at the Miramichi Regional Hospital, at the age of 64.

    Born in Newcastle, he was the son of the late Leroy and Marie Underhill. He worked as an iron worker and welder, and was a member of Holy Trinity Anglican Church, in Blackville. He had a love for cars and a passion for motorcycles.

    He will be greatly missed by his daughter Chey-Anne (Colin) of Blackville; two brothers Kevin (Carol Ann) and Bradley (Mary Ellen) both of Miramichi; three grandchildren Savannah, Brennan, and Shamus; and two nieces Jillian Underhill-Benson and Rose Ann Underhill.

    The family will receive relatives and friends from Northumberland Funeral Home, on Tuesday, November 16, 2021, from 6 to 8 pm.
    Please note: proof of vaccination and identification is required and masks are mandatory.
    A private graveside service will take place at Holy Trinity Anglican Cemetery, Blackville, at a later date.
