Mrs. Doreen Sark, of Eel Ground, passed away on Wednesday, December 14, 2011, at the Dr. Georges L. Dumont Hospital, in Moncton, at the age of 67.

Born in Restigouche, she was the daughter of the late William and Mary Isaac. She was a homemaker and a member of St Joachim's Roman Catholic Church.

Doreen is survived by her first husband Joe Terry Sark of Eel Ground; one daughter Margaret Sark (J.C. Sealy) of Eel Ground; four sons Willie Sark (Gail) of Eel Ground, Morley (Chalio) of Eel Ground, Ivan of Eel Ground, and Keith of Kingston, ON; nine grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her common-law Ivan Breau, two infant sons Willard and Michael, and one sister Eva Lee Jacques.

The family will receive relatives and friends from Northumberland Funeral Home, on Saturday, December 17, 2011, from 7 to 9 pm and on Sunday, December 18, 2011, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, December 19, 2011, from St Joachim's Roman Catholic Church, at 10 am, with Father Fowler officiating.

As expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Diabetes Association, or to a memorial of one's choice.
