Florence Anne (Ramsay) McGraw, of Miramichi, passed away peacefully and surrounded with love in her home on Saturday, February 18, 2017, at her residence, at the age of 71.

Born in Newcastle, she was the daughter of the late Mervin and Bernetta (Doran) Ramsay. She was an entrepreneur and the owner-operator of the Enclosure Campground and Flo’s Hide-Away. She was a former member of the Tourism Association, active member of the Campground Owners Association, and a member of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Roman Catholic Church.

She will be greatly missed by her husband John McGraw; four daughters Theresa Williams of Calgary, AB, Wanda Williams of Saint John, NB, Guylaine Williams of Halifax, NS, and Tracey Clark (Bruce) of Miramichi, NB; five grandchildren Daisha Williams, Kira Hersey, Ryan Breau, Michael Breau, and Will Clark; two sisters Genevieve Tozer (Herb) and Mary Bate (William) both of Saint John, NB; two brothers Mervin Ramsay of Saint John, NB, and Billy Ramsay of Miramichi, NB; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive relatives and friends from Northumberland Funeral Home, on Tuesday, February 21, 2017, from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm, and on Wednesday, February 22, 2017, from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, February 23, 2017, at 11 am, from St Thomas Roman Catholic Church, Red Bank, with Father Dan Melanson officiating.

The immediate family would like to express how they deeply loved Florence and how exceptional a woman she was. She worked determinedly her entire life and left a legacy that will continue to be unparalleled.

As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Miramichi Regional Hospital Oncology Department, or to the Extra Mural Program.
