Franklyn Henry Ford

Franklyn "Frank" Henry Ford, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 5, 2024, at the Moncton City Hospital, at the age of 71.

Born August 20th, 1952 in St John's, Newfoundland, he was the son of the late Ralph and Florence (Green) Ford. He was a member of the Canadian Military, and volunteered with the 101st Airborne unit in the Vietnam War and worked for Ford Motor Company prior to his retirement. 

He will be greatly missed by his wife Denise Quinlan-Ford of Rogersville; daughter Christie Ford of Tampa, Florida; son Scott Quinlan (Maria Haits) of Calgary, Alberta; two brothers Wayne Ford (Gloria) of St John's, Newfoundland and Gary Ford of Alberta; granddaughter Leah Ford; and several nieces and nephews.

Frank had a large group of family and friends in Essex County, Ontario.  He will be dearly missed by sister-in-law Sheila Quinlan, sister-in-law Diane Gagne (Jacques), sister-in-law Debbie Lambier (Rod), brother-in-law Walter Quinlan (Gail), brother-in-law Dale Quinlan (Rachel), and the late Daniel Quinlan (Carrie).  "Uncle Frank" will be missed by many nieces and nephews.

While living in Essex County, Frank was a member of the Legion and spent many years as a coach and trainer with the local hockey associations. 
Denise and the kids appreciate the condolences and are planning a celebration of life in Ontario and Newfoundland at a later date

As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society, Heart & Stroke Foundation, or to the Canadian Veteran's Fund.
