Germaine is survived by 8 daughters Margaret (Ernest Fournier) of Miramichi, Laverne (Perley McEvoy) of White Rapids, Treva (John Coughlan) of Grey Rapids, Mae (Derrick Stewart) of White Rapids, Zelda (Joseph Nash) of White Rapids, Dorothy (Derrick McEvoy) of Barnettville, Diana Oickle of Miramichi, Jacqueline (Sheldon Nash) of Grey Rapids; 7 sons Alexander of Blackville, Norris Jr. (Nancy) of Barnettville, Robert (Lou Savoie) of Grey Rapids, Scottie (Wanda) of Grey Rapids, Allan (Miranda) of Grey Rapids, Sydney (Helen) of Grey Rapids, Sandy of Grey Rapids; one brother Spurgeon (Eva) of Grey Rapids; 43 grandchildren, 45 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband, Norris, and one son, George.
