Irma (Kelly) McNamara, of Miramichi, passed away on Sunday, June 19, 2016, at the age of 86.

Born in Tracadie, NB, she was the daughter of the late Allan and Leontine (Doiron) Kelly. She was a homemaker and a member of St Mary's Roman Catholic Church.

She will be sadly missed by her husband James; daughter Germaine Marie of Montreal; two sisters Bertha (Gilbert Brideau) of Chatham, ON, and Theresa Holmes of Miramichi; two brothers Roger of Chatham, ON, and Clarence of Miramichi; three grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her sisters Mabel and Germaine, brother Edgar, and one grandson.

The family will receive relatives and friends from Northumberland Funeral Home, on Wednesday, June 22, 2016, from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, June 23, 2016, at 11 am, from St Mary's Roman Catholic Church, with Father Tom Fowler officiating.
