Jeannette Marie (Savoie) Vienneau

Jeannette Marie (Savoie) Vienneau, of Miramichi, passed away peacefully at Losier Hall, on Monday, November 20, 2023, at the age of 80.

Born in Riviere du Portage, NB, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Laurette (Vienneau) Savoie.

She will be greatly missed by her daughters Lauretta Robinson of Chipman, Germaine Saulnier of Moncton, Yvette Saulnier (Byron Landry) of Miramichi, and Jessica Saulnier of Moncton; sons Gerald Saulnier Jr. (Suzanne) of Blackville, and Chris Saulnier (Rachel) of Moncton; two sisters Clarisse Butcher of Angus, ON, and Gertrude Duguay of Allardville; two brothers Jean Guy Savoie of Neguac, and Joseph Savoie of Grand Lake; 16 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; ands several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Gerald Saulnier; her son Mark Saulnier; and three brothers Walter, Eddy, and Camille.

The family will receive relatives and friends from Northumberland Funeral Home on Thursday, November 23, 2023, from 2 to 4 pm  and 6 to 8 pm. The funeral service will be held on Friday, November 24, 2023, at 11 am, from Northumberland Funeral Home Chapel, with Father Anthony Das Papu officiating. Interment will take place in St Patrick's R.C. Cemetery.

As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, or to a memorial of one's choice.
