Joshua Wayne Mullin passed away after a brief illness at the Royal Alexandra Hospital, in Edmonton, Alberta, on June 21, 2022, at the age of 35.
Born in Chatham, NB, on October 29, 1986, he was the son of Paula (Allain) and Wayne Mullin. He was a flat deck long haul truck driver based out of Edmonton, Alberta. He loved the open road and his job took him all over Canada and parts of the United States.
One of his proudest moments was when he delivered a huge play house activity center to a sick child in the United States for the Wish Foundation.
Besides his parents, he is survived by two daughters Maci and Everly of Elliot Lake, Ontario; sister Trisha Lemarquand (Joel) of Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta; grandmothers Alice Allain and Delores Mullin both of Miramichi; nephew Ethan Ahern of Miramichi; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was predeceased by his grandfathers Anthony Allain and Delbert Mullin, and sister Tracy Ahern.
The family will receive relatives and friends from Northumberland Funeral Home on Thursday, July 14, 2022, from 6 to 8:30 pm. The funeral service will be held on Friday, July 15, 2022, at 11 am, at Northumberland Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Kevin Matthews officiating.
