Lillian Jean (Morrison) Patles, wife of Hubert Patles, of Eel Ground, passed away on Wednesday, October 31, 2012, at the Miramichi Regional Hospital, at the age of 66.

Born in Restigouche, she was the daughter of the late Alex and Nora Morrison. She worked as a housewife and was a member of St Joachim's Roman Catholic Church in Eel Ground.

She will be sadly missed by her sons Audie (Kari) and Christopher (Jocelyn) both of Eel Ground; three sisters Martha Moyer (Wayne) of Myersville, Maryland, Debbie Morrison of Restigouche, QB, and Nora Mahmoud (Bassan) of Ottawa, ON; three brothers Randy of Restigouche, QB, Jack (Carol) of Kahnawake, QB, and Audie (Kailby) of Restigouche, QB; three grandchildren Christopher Patles, Shaye Patles, and Cayla Gould; and several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her sister Linda, and two brothers Roland and Thomas.

The family will receive relatives and friends from 21 Dan Paul Rd. in Eel Ground, all day Saturday, November 3, 2012, and all day Sunday, November 4, 2012. The funeral service will be held on Monday, November 5, 2012, from St Joachim's Roman Catholic Church, at 10 am, with Father Tom Fowler officiating.
