Mr. Marcus Curtis, of Gray Rapids, passed away suddenly on Sunday, February 20, 2011, at the age of 60.
He was the son of the late Albert and Rachel Curtis and worked as a truck driver. He was a member of Voice of Hope Ministries Church, in Blackville.
Marcus is survived by his wife Donna (Coughlan) of Gray Rapids; son Craig Curtis of Gray Rapids; daughter Corrie Munn (David) of Blackville; four brothers Morris (Lorraine), Angus (Willa), Delton (Lori), and Eddie (Jackie) all of Blackville; three sisters Lilah Kelly (Allison) of Gray Rapids; Betty Ann Lavoie (Walter) of Sunny Corner, and Juanita Curtis of Blackville; two grandchildren Jessica and Mark; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive relatives and friends from Voice of Hope Ministries, in Blackville, on Tuesday, February 22, 2011, from 7 to 9 pm and on Wednesday, February 23, 2011, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 24, 2011, at 2 pm, from Voice of Hope Ministries, with Rev. Albertine Leblanc officiating.
As expression of sympathy, donations may be made to a memorial of one's choice.
