Marlene Mary Vicaire, of Eel ground, passed away on Friday, October 18, 2019, at her residence, at the age of 60.

She was the daughter of the late David and Helen (Dedam) Vicaire. She was the Brook Enhancement Supervisor and worked as a cook at the daycare and a home care worker. She was a member of St Joachim's Roman Catholic Church, Eel Ground.

She will be greatly missed by her daughter Pam Vicaire of Eel Ground; son Terrance Vicaire of Eel Ground; three sisters Linda Ward, Cecile Ward (Joseph) and Theresa Ward all of Eel Ground; two brothers Robert Vicaire of Eel Ground and Raymon Dedam of Esgenoopetitj; grandchilren Aaliyah Vicaire, Terri Ann Vicaire, Taylor Vicaire, Mackenzie Denny Vicaire, and Brooklyn Vicaire; Godparents Roger and Lois Augustine; Godson Merrill Martin; and several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her brother Paul Vicaire.

In Marlene's memory, a funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 23, 2019, from St Joachim's Roman Catholic Church, at 10 am.
