Mary Lynn (McEwen) Aaen, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 2, 2022, at the Miramichi Regional Hospital, at the age of 73.

Born in Dalhousie, she was the daughter of the late Gilmore and Goldie (Keays) McEwen. She was a retired Registered Nurse and a Moncton City Hospital Alumni.

She will be greatly missed by her husband Harald Aaen of Miramichi; three sons Peter (Ljubica) of Denver, CO, Chris (Sarah) of Fredericton, and Steven of Grand Prairie, AB; three grandchildren Luka, Audrey, and Gordon; nephews Rikard, John, Mace and Lloyd; and nieces Merete and Christine.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her two brothers John McEwen and Lyle McEwen.

In keeping with her wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service.

As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the New Brunswick Lung Association.
