Mary Patricia McDonnell

Mary Patricia (Lynch) McDonnell, of Nowlanville, passed away on September 1, 2023, at the age of 102.

Born in Nowlanville, Mary was the eldest daughter of Bernard and Catherine (Ahern) Lynch.

Mary is survived by three sons Gerard (Joyce), Bernard (Kim), and Reggie (Janet) all of Miramichi; one sister Anita Smith (Al) of Saint John; five grandchildren Angela (Barrett Jenkins), Jennifer McEachern (Mark), Marsha (James), Brian (Kaylin), and Kaitlin (Logan); her special great nephew Bradley Lynch; five great grandchildren Charlotte, Makyla, Vivian, Cade, and Kylie; and several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband John; infant son Joseph; and brothers Joseph (Alice), Melvin (Nellie), John (Gladys), Reggie (Edith), and Leo (Yvonne).

The family will receive relatives and friends from Northumberland Funeral Home, on Monday, September 4, 2023, from 2 to 4 pm and 6 to 8 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, at 11 am, from St Patrick's Roman Catholic Church, with Father Anthony Dass Papu officiating.

As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to St Patrick's Memorial Fund.
