Mary Olive Geikie

Mary Olive Geikie passed away peacefully at Percy's Place with her loved ones by her side, on Wednesday, November 22, 2023, at the age of 68.

Born in Miramichi, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Helen (Shaddick) Geikie.  She had an infectious smile and spread sunshine wherever she went.

She will be greatly missed by her sons Jody Coakley (Hui-Wen) of Quarryville, Lucas, Chris, Joey, Ralph and Daniel Bungay and daughter, Joy Coakley of Montreal; her  sisters Sheila Watling (Lloyd) of Moncton, Michelle Piperati and Diane Parisi of Michigan, Laurie Wilson of Medicine Hat, AB; her brothers Gary Geikie (Sharon) of Miramichi and Junior Geikie (Pat) of Kingston, ON, and Joseph Parisi of New York; granddaughters Miranda, Olive, and Enriqueta; great granddaughter Isla; and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will take place in Trout Brook at a later date.
