Mary Kathleen (Howe) Raymond, of Miramichi, passed away peacefully at Bridgeview Hall, on Saturday, October 3, 2020, at the age of 90.

Born in Nerepis, NB, she was the daughter of the late Ruth (Sell) and Cyril Howe. She was a homemaker and spent many years volunteering with the SPCA.

Mary is survived by her two daughters Lois Raymond of Miramichi and Linda LaBerge of Napan; three grandchildren Sandra Bruce and special grandson-in-law Gregg Bruce of Miramichi, Matthew Janes (Stephanie) of Saint John, and Melanie McCarthy (David) of PEI; great grandson George Bruce; and several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Gordon Raymond; stepmother Joyce Howe; daughter Janet Janes; son-in-law Dan LaBerge; sister Carolyn Greer; and brother Fred Howe.

At her request, there will be no visitation or funeral service.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Miramichi SPCA.

The family would like to send a special thank you to all the staff and Shadow the cat at Bridgeview Hall for all of their wonderful care.
