Born in Rogersville he was the son of the late Siffroid and Francoise (Bourgeois) Johnson. He was a woodsman and attended St. Francois de Sales R.C. Church.
Antoine is survived by one sister Therese Jodoin of Montreal and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by three sisters Catherine, Marie Anne and Edmee and two brothers Francois and Gerard.
