Mr. Aubrey Mountain, of Gray Rapids, passed away on Monday, March 16, 2009, at his residence, at the age of 78.

Born in Gray Rapids, he was the son of the late Franklin and Maude (Kennedy) Mountain. Aubrey worked as a lobourer and was adherent to St Andrew's United Church, in Blackville.

Aubrey was the last surviving member in his immediate family. He is survived by his sister-in-law Margaret Mountain, of Blackville; two nephews Peter, of Blackville, and Tim (Brenda), of Gray Rapids, and one great nephew Jeffrey.
Besides his parents, Aubrey was predeceased by his brothers Ian, Ivan, and Linden; and one sister Vivian.

At Aubrey's request, there will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held at Northumberland Funeral Home Chapel, on Thursday, March 19, 2009, at 11am with Reverend Penny Postlewaite officiating.
