Mr. Edward Tucker passed away at his residence in White Rapids, on Saturday February 16, 2008 at the age of 78.

Born in White Rapids he was the son of the late Leo and Hilda (McDonald) Tucker. He was a construction worker and was employed with Esson’s for 53 years. Edward was a member of the Knights of Columbus and attended St. Bridget’s Roman Catholic Church.

Besides his wife of 56 years, Rosemary(Lindsay), he is survived by three daughters Irene Dowling (Charles), Sheila Tucker (the late Robert Anderson) and Dorothy Tucker all of St. Stephen; four sons Milton (Joan) of White Rapids, Leo (Pauline) of Barnaby, Linus (Louise) of St. Stephen and John (Cheryl) of Doyles Brook; a grandson Matthew Tucker who was like his own son; four sisters; four brothers; 13 grandchildren; nine great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by one grandson Charles Edward Dowling; three daughters Theresa, Margaret and Bernadette.
