Tony Comeau, of Ontario, formerly of the Miramichi passed away in Ontario at the age of 46.

Born in Miramichi, he was the son of Edgar and Teresa (Malley) Comeau of Miramichi. He was a marine engineer and attended the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Roman Catholic Church in Chatham Head Miramichi.
Besides his parents he is survived by two sons Justin and Brody of Miramichi; three sisters Wendy Comeau, Tanya Kazamer (Csaba) and Robin Comeau all of the Miramichi and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive relatives and friends at Northumberland Funeral Home, 102 Pleasant St. on Saturday from 7 to 9 and on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday from St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church in Miramichi with Father Maurice Swift officiating. Burial will be in St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church cemetery in Nelson Miramichi. The funeral arrangements are in the care of Northumberland Funeral Home, 102 Pleasant St. Telephone 622-7741.
