Mrs. Alice Ronan, of Miramichi, wife of Art Ronan, passed away at the Miramichi Regional Hospital, on November 22, 2008, at the age of 84.

Born in Newcastle, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Emma Jane (Allison) Mullin. Alice worked as a sales clerk and she attended St Mary’s Roman Catholic Church.

Besides her husband, Art, Alice is survived by two daughters Donna (Andre Bergeron) of St Bruno, Quebec and Joanne of Halifax; four sons Bob (Dawn) of Halifax, Ray of Moncton, Pat (Madeline) of Hardwicke, and Dana of Miramichi;seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she is predeceased by four brothers Mike, Ernest, Tom, and Allison; and four sisters Mae, Andresa, Rhoda, and Rita.
