Daisy was the daughter of the late Enuch and Hilda (Borden) Bamford. She was a teacher at Mountain School in White Rapids.

Daisy is survived by one daughter Velma (Ralph) Campbell, of Grey Rapids; two sisters Beatrice McNaulty of Moncton, Faye (Manley) Calhoun of Fredericton; two grandchildren Quentin and Necia; five great grandchildren Bronson, Noah, Danaya, Brody and Nicole; and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Leslie Curtis, and one brother Donald.
