Mrs. Gail Hartery passed away at the Miramichi Regional Hospital on Tuesday July 29, 2008 at the age of 59.

She was the daughter of the late Basil and Doris (Russell) Jay. Gail was a homemaker and attended St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church in Miramichi. She was a past president of the Lioness Club.

Besides her husband Lyman Hartery, she is survived by three daughters Colleen of South Esk., Karen Blackmore (William) of Connecticut U. S. A. and Jennifer Curtis (Robert) of Maple Glen; one son Jonathan at home; two sisters Betty Clancy (James) of Derby and Lynn McKay (James) of Quispamsis; and four grandchildren Lucas, Christopher, Rylan, and Kacey Gail.
