Mary Gertrude (Loggie) Frost, of New Jersey, passed away on December 3, 2009, at the Tabusintac Nursing Home, at the age of 88.

She was the daughter of the late Robert and Janet (Morrison) Loggie and worked as a clerk at the Church River Coop for 29 years. She was a member of Zion Presbyterian Church, a life member of Sampson Memorial A.M.S., as well as a member of Zion Church Ladies Aid.

Mary is survived by her daughter Mary Anne Frost, of New Jersey; first cousin Mrs. Betty (Loggie) Strongman of Burnt Church; one sister-in-law Verna King of Oak Point; one brother-in-law Charles Frost of New Hampshire; and severeal nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband William Frost, her brother George, and her sister Clara.

The family will receive relatives and friends at Northumberland Funeral Home, on Friday, December 4, 2009, from 7 to 9. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, ay 11 am, from Northumberland Funeral Home Chapel, with rev. Cal MacInnis officiating. Burial will follow in the Burnt Church Union Cemetery.
