Opal Doyle passed away at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, on February 4, 2008, at the age of 71.

Born in Miramichi, she was the daughter of the late John and Ruth (Clark) Harrigan. She was a home maker. Opal was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #10. She attended St Edward’s Roman Catholic Church in Chelmsford.

Opal is survived by four sons Kevin of Doyles Brook, Brian (Liz) of Fredericton, Shawn (Dawn) of Fredericton, and Patrick (Tammy) of Dartmouth, N.S.; five grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Besides her husband John, she was predeceased by her brother Ralph and her sister Evelyn Glynn.
