The passing of Patricia Clarkson, nee MacWilliam, of Fredericton, NB, occurred on December 14, 2024, at the DECH.
Born on March 22, 1944, in Brantville, NB, she was the daughter of the late Fergus and Frances (Loggie) MacWilliam of Tabusintac, N.B.
Patricia leaves behind her husband Ralph, and sons Troy (Misty Myers) and Steven. Also, her #2 sister, Barbara Murray (Neil) of Tabusintac and brothers Jack (Judy) of Fredericton, Gordon (Mildred) of Oromocto, David (Lilianne) of Tabusintac, sister-in-law Marg Landry of Quispamsis, as well as many nieces and nephews, and a pretend grandson, Kael of Fredericton.
Besides her parents, Pat was predeceased by infant sisters, Margaret and Judith, and brother-in-law Douglass Clarkson.
Pat worked for Blue Cross in Moncton, Hartford Fire Ins. in Toronto, Province of N.B., Mussens and Ross Drug in Fredericton. In addition she was co-owner of Create-A Craft in Fredericton. Pat's lifetime dream was to visit as many countries as she could and spend winter vacations in various southern states. Also, some trip highlights were time spent in Jerusalem, Dubai and Moscow.
The family would like to thank the staff at the DECH, with special thanks to Dr. Hadley and Dr. Kerr.
There will be no visitation or service per her request. Following cremation, interment will be at a later date in the Tabusintac cemetery.
Memorial donations, in Pat's memory, may be made to the Tabusintac Nursing Home, or a charity of the donor's choice. Notes of condolences may be made in the guestbook below.
