Patricia Ruth (Casey) Jones, of White Rapids, passed away on Tuesday, April 3, 2018, at the Miramichi Regional Hospital, at the age of 70.

Born in Halifax, NS, she was the daughter of the late Austin Casey and Madeline Fitzgerald. She was a homemaker and a member of St Andrew's United Church, in Blackville, NB.

She will be greatly missed by her husband Bernard (Bernie) Jones of White Rapids, NB; two daughters Tammy (Randy Walsh) of Oshawa, ON, and Tina Nordin of Halifax, NS; six sons Glynn Nordin of Halifax, NS, Tommy Nordin (Stacy) of Edmonton, AB, David Nordin (Joy) of Blackville, NB, Jason Jones (Debbie) of Vancouver, BC, Bruce Jones (Andrea) of Vancouver, BC, and Bernie Jones (Sharin) of Vancouver, BC; three brothers Dennis Casey of Miramichi, NB, Hughie Fitzgerald of Halifax, NS, and Joey Fitzgerald of Halifax, NS; 17 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her two sisters Jeannie Smith and Joanne Fitzgerald.

A memorial service will take place on Sunday, April 15, 2018, at 1 pm, from St Andrew’s United Church, in Blackville, New Brunswick. The family will receive relatives and friends following the service, at St Andrew’s United Hall, from 2 pm to 5 pm.
