Patrick Duffy, of White Rapids, passed away at his residence on Sunday, October 6, 2019, at the age of 71.

Born in Newcastle, he was the son of the late Vincent and Bernice (Tucker) Duffy. He worked as a labourer before his retirement and was a member of St Bridget's Roman Catholic Church, Renous.

He will be greatly missed by his five sisters Carmel (Ernie Anderson) of Fredericton, Sharon (Jim Hallihan) of Renous, Norma (Freddy Burns) of Bartholomew, Daphne Duffy of Cape Breton, and Nancy (Paul Jardine) of Barnettville; three brothers Shirley (Catherine) of White Rapids, Wayne of White Rapids, and Raymond (Theresa) of Renous; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his two brothers Steven and Lindon, and his niece Barbie.

At Pat's request, there will be no visitation or funeral service. Interment will take place at St Bridget's Roman Catholic Cemetery, Renous.

As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to a memorial of one's choice.
