Mr. Paul Aldrich, of Eel Ground, passed away on Monday, August 8, 2011, at the Miramichi Regional Hospital, at the age of 53.

Born in East Meddow, New York, he was the son of Paul Aldrich and the late Dora May Ginnish. He attended St Joachim's Roman atholic Church, in Eel Ground.

Paul is survived by his wife Karen (Stout) Aldrich of Eel Ground; one daughter Corrin Stout, of Eel Ground; one son Raul Paul of Florida, USA; two sisters Karen and Arlene, both of Eel Ground; a special nephew Tony; a godson Isaiah; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive relatives and friends from Northumberland Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 10, 2011, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, August 11, 2011, at 10 am, from St Joachim's Roman Catholic Church, with Father Tom Fowler officiating.

As expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Canadian Liver Foundation, the Kidney Foundation of Canada, or to a memorial of one's choice.
