Peggy (Walls) Underhill, of Gray Rapids, passed away on Friday, May 5, 2017, at the Saint John Regional Hospital, at the age of 71.

Born in Blackville she was the daughter of the late Kenneth and Mae (Corney) Walls. She was a member of Saint Agnes Anglican Church, in Gray Rapids.

She will be greatly missed by her daughter Stephanie (Reid Furlong) of Gray Rapids; two sisters Lillian Brennan of Blackville and Helen Mae Chowen (Morris) of Sussex; two brothers Malcolm Walls (Wanetta) of Bathurst and Daniel Walls (Marjorie) of Blackville; three grandchildren Vanessa Sturgeon (Matthew), Jessica Underhill (Ben Green) and Ellery Reid Furlong; great granddaughter Tori Reid Sturgeon; and several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Ellery George Underhill; and her son Ellery Franklin Underhill.

The family will receive relatives and friends from Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Blackville, on Sunday, May 7, 2017, from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm. The funeral service will be held on Monday, May 8, 2017, at 11 am, from Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Blackville.
