Robert Michael Graham

Robert Michael Graham, of Miramichi, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 2, 2023, at the Miramichi Regional Hospital, at the age of 71.

Born in Chatham, NB, he was the son of the late John and Elizabeth (Miller) Graham. He worked in the Canadian Armed Forces as a Military Police, he worked for the Department of Recreation for the former town of Douglastown, and also worked as a commissionaire at the Atlantic Institute.  He was a member of St Michael's Roman Catholic Church, in Chatham.

He will be greatly missed by his son Michael (Natalie Graham) of Miramichi; daughters Christa of Trenton, ON, and Selena Babkirk of Lower Newcastle; two sisters Eva Foley of Miramichi and Mabel of Leduc, AB; and two grandchildren Owen and Addyson.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his sisters Beatrice, Jean, Hamlin, Agnes, and Laura; and brothers Richard, William (Billy), and Kenneth.

The family will receive relatives and friends from Northumberland Funeral Home on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, from 2 to 4 pm & 6 to 8 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in the chapel, at St Michael's Basilica, on Wednesday, November 8, 2023, at 11 am. Interment will take place in the church cemetery.

As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Alzheimer's Foundation.
