Ruby Lillian Doran of Miramichi, wife of the late Harold Doran, passed away at the Miramichi Regional Hospital, on July 17th, 2021, at the age of 91.

Born in Miramichi, Lillian was the daughter of the late Alexander and Mary Allison. She was a member of the Columbian Ladies Auxiliary.

She will be greatly missed by her five daughters; Gloria (late Bev) Allison of Whitneyville, Colleen (Donald) Daley of Athens, Ontario, Carol Morris, Brenda Doran, and Youlanda (William) Donahue all of Miramichi and four sons; Clarence, Glenn, Kevin (Debbie) and Chris all of Miramichi, thirteen grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents and her husband, she was also predeceased by three sisters; Pearl Blackmore, Leona Curtis, and Josephine Price, four brothers; Roy, David, Douglas, and Arnold Allison.

At Lillian’s request there will be no visitation. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from Saint Mary’s Roman Catholic Church on Friday July 23, 2021 at 10am.

As expression of sympathy, donations may be made to a memorial of one’s choice.
