Sara MacInnis, wife of the late John Murphy, passed away at the Miramichi Regional Hospital, at the age of 71.
Born in Collingwood, ON, she was the daughter of the late Osbourne and Ruth (Davis) Keeling. Sara worked as an RBC Bank Manager for 15 years in Ontario, she was an Executive Assistant for Parmalat and in most recent years was the Owner of King George Bed & Breakfast, in Newcastle. She had a way of making everyone feel welcomed and loved to host any event, big or small.
She will be greatly missed by her son Matthew Murphy (Anita) of Caledon, ON; daughter Cheryl (Phil Nicols) of Victoria, BC; two brothers Tim Keeling (Jean) of Kingston, ON, and Blair Keeling (Lorrie) of Woodstock, ON; six grandchildren Riley, Tristan, Mairin, Gabriella, Simon, and Sabrina; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Besides her husband and her parents, she was predeceased by her brother Garry Keeling.
All are welcome to attend a Celebration of Sara's Life at Northumberland Funeral Home on Friday, November 26, 2021, at 2 pm.
