Stewart David Fitzpatrick, of Keenans, passed away on Sunday, January 12, 2020, at the Miramichi Regional Hospital, at the age of 67.
Born in Port Elgin, NB, he was the son of the late George and Marion (Manship) Fitzpatrick. He was a proud member of Union Local 325 where he worked as a Pipefitter.
He will be greatly missed by his wife Sue Keenan of Keenans; three daughters Deanne Fitzpatrick (Tommy Dunn) of Quispamsis, Meghan San Jose (Obed) of Halifax, and Kimberley Connell (Rob) of California; his son Brody Fitzpatrick (Aurelie Kilsdonk) of Miramichi; three sisters Susan Brown (Michael) of Woodstock, Connie Wood of Fredericton;and Ellen McIntyre of Oromocto; one brother George (Brenda) of Fredericton; his granddaughter Rose; and several nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his brother-in-law James Wood.
The family will receive relative and friends from Father AA McKinnon Memorial Room, Blackville, on Wednesday, January 15, 2020, from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, January 16, 2020, at 11 am, from St Raphael's Roman Catholic Church, with Father Dan Bastarache officiating. Interment will take place in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Cemetery at a later date.
