Ms. Wendeline Mary McCafferty, passed away on Wednesday, September 8, 2010, at The Central NB Nursing Home, in Boistown, at the age of 78.

Born in Miramichi, she was the daughter of the late William V. and Mary Edith (Murray) McCafferty. She was a member of St Mary's Roman Catholic Church.

Wendeline was the last surviving member of her immediate family and is survived by several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her four brothers Francis, Arthur, Jack (John), Boyd, and two sisters Katherine O'Hara, and Edith McCafferty.

The family will receive relatives and friends from Northumberland Funeral Home, on Monday, September 13, 2010, from 1 to 3 pm. Following the visitation, the funeral service will be held from Northumberland Funeral Home Chapel, at 3 pm, with Father Tom Fowler officiating.

As expression of sympathy, donations may be made to a memorial of one's choice.
