William "Billy" Pallen

William "Billy" Pallen, of Eastside Special Care Home, passed away peacefully at Percy's Place, surrounded by his family, on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, at the age of 93.

Born in Toronto, ON, he was the son of the late Walter and Catherine (McLeod) Pallen. He worked as a longshoreman and was a member of St Patrick's Roman Catholic Church.

He will be greatly missed by his three daughters Shelley Ramsay (Fred) of Miramichi, Brenda Robichaud (Daniel) of Miramichi, and Donna Keenan (John) of Toronto, ON; his son Lawrence Pallen (Late Carroll) of Tara, ON; daughter-in-law Cecilia Pallen of Miramichi; 11 grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his wife Joan (McDonald) Pallen; son John Pallen; and brother Benedict Pallen.

A funeral service will be held at Northumberland Funeral Home Chapel, on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at 11 am, with Father David Rioux officiating. Interment will take place in St Patrick's R.C. Cemetery, at a later date.

As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to Percy's Place, or to a memorial of one's choice.
